At Steve Madden UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shoe box or packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the outer mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
